Where do I find the serial number? All of our systems and modules are fitted with a data plate. The data plate contains important information on it, such as the serial number, weight, and manufacture date. The location of the data plate varies per system, but is typically found in a conspicuous place for easy access.
What kind of warranty do you offer? ZeroBase offers a standard 1-year workmanship warranty. Longer warranties are available for purchase. Most major components are covered by manufacturer warranties the range from 3 to 25 years.
